Meeting started at 7:18PM.

 

There were 36 members present.

 

Marybeth read minutes of last meeting and Ricky made a motion to accept minutes.

 

Treasurer Report:  As of last meeting we had $1521.52 on hand. We will have to write a check to Dave in the amount of $85.00 for pizza for our pizza for meeting.

 

• Dave thanked Sandy for her help on our website.
• Becky will pay for insurance for the next year and will bring the policy for everyone to review
• Fred was present at meeting and has offered to help club with fliers for the upcoming shows, and has some great ideas for trophies. Dave had brought to the club’s attention that in exchange for Fred’s help the club would offer a free family membership, and club agreed.
• Russ had brought to Dave’s attention a really good idea. For our fliers.  We should choose 2 club members cars for each flier.  Everyone liked the idea and we will discuss further at next meeting
• We discussed the Crandall Park show and have decided to award the Favorite 40 and the specialty awards will stay the same.  Randy made a motion that we would vote on winners of cars at show as we have in the past.  Frank will contact Alan Kitchen and obtain photos of his car as last year’s “GOLD” Award, as we will be using his car as our Dash Plaque for the goodie bags. We will be donating to House of Grace
• We wished Mark Fenton a Happy Birthday!
• Dave is looking into club T-Shirts and will have a price for us at next meeting
• First car show of the season - April 28^th  @ Double H Ranch
